These are the terms and condition for using our domain name auction site. please read them carefully as your use of the site constitutes acceptance and unsderstanding of these terms.

We may modify these terms and conditions from time to time and reserve the right to do so. There may or may not be notice of such modification when we do so please check this page from time to time.

This system is owned and operated by Adtastic Hosting and Internet Services, LLC. it is a private domain name auction system for the use of our clients and visiting guests. We reserve the right to terminate any account on this system for any reason, with or without cause. Generally, we simply ask that you respect the system and the members that are here.

If you place a domain name here for auction there are certain rules you agree to abide by. Subject to your sale of a domain name in another venue at the time of your auction here, if a bidder bids on your domain name and meets or exceeds your asking price as in the case of a reserve bid, or places a bid in the case of a non reserve bid, you are obligated to complete the transaction as long as payment and terms of sale as specified in the listing is met. You must clearly state all of your terms of sale in writing within the context of the listing. Terms outside of the context of the listing are subject to being in violation of our general policies and may lead to account suspension.

If you are a winning high bidder on a domain name Auction or purchasing using the Buy It Now feature, you are obligated to complete the transaction according to the terms of sale as listed in the listing. If you fail to complete the purchase and a seller files a complaint against you with us your account is subject to suspension or removal from the system. Pleas eonly bid or make a purchase agreement in good faith as it is a legally binding agreement when you do.

Any complaints or dispute about using this venue will be arbitrated by Adtastic Hosting and any decision we make with regard to such dispute or complaint is final and bidning upon the members involved.  If you are not satisfied with our policies or decisions you have the choice of not using our system.
